Use of the QuickCheck website ("the Site") is subject to the terms set out on this page. Browsing and/or using the Site constitutes agreement to these terms. If you do not agree to the terms of use, please refrain from using the Site.

Who operates the Site

What the service is

QuickCheck is a service for comparing product prices across retail chains and branches in Israel. The Site is not an online store, does not sell products, and is not a party to any purchase transaction between the user and any retail chain. Every purchase is made directly with the relevant chain/branch, subject to the terms and prices actually in effect there.

Source of the information and prices

The prices shown on the Site are based on official price files that the retail chains are required to publish under the Law for the Promotion of Competition and Reduction of Concentration (and the accompanying price-transparency legislation), and are updated on a daily basis. We do not create, edit, or manually verify the prices against the chains.

Accuracy of the information — no warranty

We make a reasonable effort to present up-to-date and accurate information, but there may be discrepancies between the price shown on the Site and the actual price at the branch or checkout — among other reasons due to the frequency with which the chains publish the files, errors in the files themselves, promotions that have ended, or differences between branches. You must verify the final price with the chain/branch before purchase. The Site is provided "as is", without any express or implied warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information presented on it.

Intellectual property

The Site design, code, logo, and original content (except for the price data itself, which originates from the retail chains) are the property of Pictalingo and may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Links to third-party sites

The Site contains links to websites and services of retail chains and other parties that we do not operate. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy policy of these sites.

Fair use and automated collection

The information on the Site is open to viewing and fair use, including by artificial intelligence tools and automated crawlers, subject to the Site'srobots.txt and a reasonable browsing rate. The data may not be presented in a way that misleads as to its source — it must be attributed to QuickCheck and linked to the original product page.

Limitation of liability

Pictalingo shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused as a result of using the Site or relying on the information on it, including monetary damage arising from a difference between the price shown and the actual price.

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change is published constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts in Israel.
