Who we are
QuickCheck was built by Pictalingo out of a simple frustration: the cost of living in Israel keeps rising, prices for the exact same product differ by tens of percent between chains, and there is no quick, simple way to check this without physically traveling between branches or opening ten browser tabs.
How it works
The Promotion of Competition Law and the accompanying price-transparency legislation require the large retail chains in Israel to publish full price files every day, for every branch and every product. QuickCheck collects these official files from all the chains, cleans and consolidates them by barcode, and presents them in one place — so you can truly compare the same product, in the same unit of measure, across dozens of chains and branches.
Prices are updated on a daily basis directly from the official files — not reconstructed or estimated manually.

The order in which prices are shown is determined solely by the actual price — no chain can pay to appear first.
Transparent data source
Every price comes from the official price file that the chain itself is legally required to publish — not from an estimate or a sample.
Free for users
The comparison on the website and in the app is completely free, with no registration and no subscription fees.
What we are not
We are not a store, we sell nothing, and we are not a party to the purchase transaction — every purchase is made directly with the chain or branch you choose. Our role is to show you where the price is most worthwhile, without bias and without any hidden payment from any chain.
